Abstract
The book analyzes the essence and structure of staff's mental health as well as the risks to it in war conditions. Drawing on empirical research, the author describes the main manifestations of staff’s mental health during the war. Also, the author's presents a training program aimed to preserve and promote staff’s mental health, which was shown to be quite effective. The book was prepared based on the analysis of literary sources and the author's work experience as a psychologist-consultant and trainer in organizations of various types (business, educational, volunteer) in war conditions. In addition to the list of literary sources used to analyze the problem, the book includes a list of the author's own publications on the problem of staff’s mental health both in peacetime and war conditions, as well as media resources and webinars prepared by the author on the problem of mental health in the wartime period. The book is intended for organizational psychologists, managers and staff of organizations, students and teachers of higher education institutions, students and teachers of postgraduate education institutes, as well as everyone who is interested in the problem of staff’s mental health preservation and promotion in war conditions.
