Abstract

The relevance of preparing qualified personnel in the face of rapid changes in technologies and global challenges is considered in the article. The role and impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in professional training, including an analysis of the labor market, are investigated. The paper presents the main results of research conducted by the academic community studying the use of artificial intelligence in education. It is noted that this contributes to individualization and increased efficiency of learning, and examples of data analysis methods to improve the quality of education are provided. Several key trends are highlighted, such as individualization of learning, the importance of data analysis, and the creation of interactive educational resources. It is emphasized that artificial intelligence can positively influence learning through individualization, automatic task checking, and increased student motivation. In summary, the modern job market requires workers not only with traditional skills but also with the ability to adapt to changes, making artificial intelligence a key tool for preparing qualified personnel. Specific aspects where the use of artificial intelligence can be particularly effective are mentioned, including the analysis of labor market needs, the creation of individual educational plans, and the use of virtual learning environments. It is pointed out that for the successful use of artificial intelligence in education, it is necessary to balance advantages and limitations, especially concerning the preservation of data privacy and cybersecurity. It is stated that artificial intelligence is a key strategic tool for providing qualified workers with access to individual, efficient, and up-to-date education necessary for a successful career in the modern world.
