Abstract

The development of modern education and science characterizes the progress of any society, especially in the era of globalization and digitalization. If we are talking about the main purpose of reading texts on traditional and electronic media, then this purpose does not change at all: information (texts) must be found; make efforts to understand information; to be able to and constantly learn to evaluate the acquired information; carry out meaningful processing of information.
