Abstract

A personally ideal lifestyle can be used as a sanogenic idea or a psychotherapeutic construct in complex psychotherapeutic work with individuals suffering from neurotic, stress-related and somatoform disorders, as well as various addictions. The main signs of the client's transition to a psychotherapeutic personally ideal lifestyle are the normalization of the main physiological constants of the body, the restoration of the natural sleep-wake balance, an increase in the level of adaptability of thinking, the adequacy and balance of emotional reactions, and an individually comfortable level of social activity.
