Abstract

In the conditions of martial law, there are more and more people with deviant behavior, which is associated with both post-traumatic stress disorders and other negative mental states. Such a situation gives rise to an aggravation of already existing psychological problems, which only accumulate and become a consequence of deviant behavior among minors.
