Abstract
The significance of utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in general secondary education has been substantiated, emphasizing its role in precise assessment of educational achievements and individualization of the learning process. Adaptive learning systems have been investigated, which employ machine learning algorithms to analyze students' knowledge levels and motivation. It has been determined that such systems enable teachers to timely identify issues in students' performance. Examples of adaptive systems, such as "DreamBox Learning" and "Knewton," have been analyzed, which adapt educational material to students' needs. It has been underscored that AI can serve as an effective tool for internal quality control and assessment in education. It has been noted that the use of AI in education opens new opportunities for enhancing the quality of learning and the professional development of teachers.
