Abstract

The thesis substantiates the use of digital technologies for diagnosis and compensation of educational losses. They are a methodological base and toolkit for the implementation of a complete system of educational measurements using standardized tools, including standardized test instruments for various levels of general secondary education (primary, basic, specialized), national monitoring studies of the quality of education, as well as local studies of the level of academic achievements of education seekers both in terms of the educational field and in relation to specific educational subjects.
