Scientific novelty. The need to develop educational materials that will help organize the education of children in war conditions is substantiated. The results of the study of the state of the organization of the educational process at the end of the 2021/2022 academic year are presented, which proved the insufficient provision of students with teaching aids. Participation in the international project " I study - I don't wait" is described, within the framework of which a mobile application was created for teaching mathematics to younger schoolchildren. Didactic principles and methodical principles of creating educational content for a mobile application are revealed. Psychological guidelines for the development of materials suitable for online learning are presented. Conclusions. The conducted research made it possible to come to a conclusion about the relevance of creating digital resources that complement the usual means of education, and in the conditions of martial law they replace them. The mobile application "I study - I don't wait", created on the basis of didactic principles and psychological guidelines, will ensure the support of the educational process and its continuity in the conditions of martial law. This will make it possible to timely, reliably and comprehensively identify the dynamics of the young learner’s development, contribute to increasing pupils’ motivation and interest in learning, enrich the teacher’s practice, and have a positive effect on the quality of the educational services.
