Abstract
Never before in modern Ukrainian history, the academic year has begun under the conditions of a large-scale military invasion, massive resettlement of millions of people, and thousands of losses among the civilian population and the military. Today, the issue of the essence and methodology of psychological service in war conditions has become extremely acute. War is an emergency that a person must adapt to survive. There are two main trends in people's behaviour in an emergency: the first is to protect and assist; the second is to evacuate, to save themselves and their loved ones. The first one needs psychological support. The second one needs psychological help. But the first and second need social and psychological rehabilitation. The nearest prospect in the activity of psychological service is the social and psychological rehabilitation of all participants in the educational process.
