Abstract

The article reveals the basic direction of research of discursive construction of professional experience among educators. The aim of the study is to study the dynamics of semantic orientations, that is, goals in professional life, the saturation of professional life and satisfaction with the professional self-realization of teachers, as well as the dynamics of value orientations as indicators of a semantic attitude to the process of developing professional experience and identifying oneself with successful workers in the educational field. The use of sociocultural patterns (memes) leads to quantitative changes, namely: concretization of a rethought situation; increase emotional level and self-esteem; Textual conciseness leads to a sense of completeness and obtaining "worldly wisdom".
