Abstract
The article describes the use results of introduction of digital educational resources in professional establishments of education. Scientists, that took care to the questions of feature of application of ІКТ in educational establishments, and scientists that paid attention digital competence teachers, are marked. Lighted up basic problem that is seen by an author, in the mixed and controlled from distance studies is realization of quality practical and laboratory works out of audience or laboratory, when neither a student nor teacher has an access to the necessary equipment. For this reason the special attention is spared in the article to digital competence of teacher. In fact the active use of info communications technologies (ІCТ) by the subjects of educational process, causes the digitalizacion systems of education that will assist to forming of professional digital competence. Described features of trade education, that she provides for, and that has approach at the studies of students. Described methodologies that is used in establishment of pre-higher trade education - Kyiv Professional College of Communication, examples of filling of web-site of teacher are made, where in corresponding divisions there are pointing to implementation of works, the features of their realization are described. The web-site of teacher gives an opportunity to the students in be to recreate - moment practicallylaboratory employment, leaning against pointing, recommendations, programs, and others like that. Described virtual program Cisco Packet Tracer - that gives an opportunity imitations, virtualizations, watching, constructions of networks given, organization of work of devices during realization of practical or laboratory works. This program matters very much for specialists in telecommunications, in fact with her help it is possible not only to build networks but also find out the disrepairs of network, estimate her reliability and she has a clear interface for an user. In basis developments of practically-laboratory works are stopped up principles of availability, clearness, forming of motivation and personal interest of students. The marked resource does not need acquisition of additional equipment; students are provided students are provided by accompaniment of teacher; he is adaptive for every establishment of education and can be actual at the mixed and controlled from distance form of studies.
