Abstract
The article reveals the problem of digital transformation in education, analyzes strategic orientations and successful practices of forming digital competence. It was determined that global challenges actualize the problem of complex work on building an ecosystem of digital solutions in the field of education with the creation of a safe electronic educational environment, ensuring the necessary digital infrastructure of institutions, increasing the level of digital competence, digital transformation of processes and services. It was established that the education system should undergo fundamental digital changes and correspond to the global trends of digital development. Acquiring digital competences is becoming a basic need for everyone, therefore the Ukrainian education system should ensure the formation of digital competences of education seekers, pedagogic and scientific-pedagogical workers. It has been proven that digital competence is an integrated ability of a person, which includes knowledge, skills, experience, values and attitude, which occupies a key place in the system of professional and general competences and is the basis for professional development in any field of activity of a modern specialist. Two strategic priorities of digital transformation in education are highlighted. This is the promotion of the development of a highly effective digital ecosystem of education and the improvement of digital skills and competences. Regarding the promotion of the development of a highly effective digital ecosystem of education, it is necessary to develop the infrastructure, digital potential, including modern organizational capabilities; educational person (high-quality educational content). To increase digital competence, it is necessary to provide access to informational knowledge, information and computer technologies that enable the use of, in particular, artificial intelligence and are capable of counteracting disinformation. The possibilities of open educational resources and educational online platforms in the formation of digital competence are revealed.
