Abstract
The e-learning course "Artificial intelligence, expert systems and knowledge bases in professional education" is designed to study the basics of artificial intelligence (AI), the application of AI capabilities in the educational process, approaches and methods used to create expert systems (ES) and knowledge bases ( BZ), possibilities of their practical application in professional education. The basic concepts of artificial intelligence systems, principles and technologies of their creation, presentation, and presentation are studied in various approaches to the creation of BZ - a defining component of EC. Attention is paid to the EC's ability to acquire new knowledge, explain its actions, and automatically form a solution to the problem. The stages of the EC life cycle, the essence of the stages of their creation are considered. The essence of expert analysis, the use of the Bayesian approach to build a logical deduction in EC under conditions of uncertainty is determined. The relevance of the course is determined by the fact that the training of a modern professional technical education specialist at the current stage sets the task of instilling in him the skills of using computerized intellectual technologies, available artificial intelligence systems for solving complex, poorly formalized practical problems. That is why the study of advanced intellectual methods of process analysis, which are based on the principles of artificial intelligence, application of EC and BZ, is envisaged. Purpose and objectives of the disciplines The purpose of studying the electronic educational course "Artificial intelligence, expert systems and knowledge bases in professional education" is to acquaint students with the basics of artificial intelligence systems, the basics of building BZ and ES based on them. The goal is to acquire a general understanding of the structure and functioning of the EC and BZ; mastering the initial practical skills of creating BZ and ES. The electronic course is intended for teaching staff of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions. The study time budget is 8 hours, of which: lecture (2 hours), seminar class (4 hours), independent work (2 hours)
