Abstract

The concept and place of digital technologies in the system of systematization, processing, transmission and storage of information are clarified. The stages of scientific research are described, taking into account the peculiarities of the use of digital technologies. It is established that for the successful application of digital technologies in scientific and pedagogical research it is necessary to ensure the development of digital competencies of Ph.D. students and to acquaint graduate students with software products in the market of educational services.
