Abstract
The article examines the state and problems of the hybrid educational process in educational institutions under martial law in Ukraine. The implementation of blended learning caused the need for the development and implementation of distance educational technologies. Online education can be just as effective as traditional forms of education. This requires the competent use of remote technologies with appropriate methodological approaches that ensure interactive interaction between education seekers and teachers. The risks and prospects of the hybrid educational process, as well as the difficulties faced by educational institutions in the process of organizing training under martial law, were studied. It has been established that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, Ukrainian education has undergone many transformations. Educators study in between air raids and stress in bomb shelters. Some of the participants in the educational process, who found themselves in the epicenter of hostilities, suffered significant mental and physical injuries. The living conditions of students in the east and south of Ukraine, where hostilities are taking place, are becoming more and more unbearable. Ukrainian hunter-gatherers, fleeing war, at the same time run the great risk of being separated from their families, losing their parents, being subjected to violence, ill-treatment, sexual exploitation, and falling into the trap of human traffickers. And when they go abroad, they combine studies in foreign and Ukrainian schools. It is noted that the organization of the educational process in modern conditions and under modern civilizational challenges is constantly moving towards hybrid or mixed learning using elements of distance learning. The introduction of various informative and communicative technologies into the education system is one of the ways to optimize the educational process, which brings many advantages and is a significant step towards simplifying the organization of the educational process in educational institutions and increasing the efficiency of the independent work of education seekers, as well as the objective assessment of acquired competencies. It has been proven that the primary task of the development strategy is the formation of a modern and innovative educational space that will allow everyone to receive «lifelong education». Smart technologies play a special role in this regard, ensuring that this opportunity is realized through hybrid and blended learning.
