Abstract
The martial law in Ukraine, the forced introduction of distance learning, the emergence of gaps in education led to a decrease in students' interest in learning, in particular, in the subject of computer science. The subject of computer science is practice-oriented, which contributes to the formation of students' information competence. The content of computer science training includes not only the programming language, but also the use of web-based applications, in particular for website development. This topic is explored in 9th grade under "Creating a Personal Learning Environment" and includes the following topics: steps to create websites; site design; use of online systems for constructing sites; the concept of hypertext markup language However, the use of site design elements is not included in the topic, which makes teaching students formal and uninteresting. Given the rapid pace of development of artificial intelligence (AI), its use in various fields of human activity, given the need to improve the content and process of teaching computer science as a key competence of education, in the process of studying the topic of creating websites, one can include the aspect of using elements of artificial intelligence, namely Midjourney Discord.
