Abstract
With the beginning of the full-scale military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the top military and political leadership of the state for the first time decided to accelerate the training of officers in higher military educational institutions of Ukraine. The implementation of this task required a transition to reduced training programs, and from research and teaching staff from among officers-incredible professionalism and skill. Unfortunately, due to low psychological readiness, despite the high level of professionalism and skill, the formed team of the higher military educational institution was unable to act in conditions of increased stress shock. Therefore, in order to improve the professionalism and skill of the scientific and pedagogical workers, the commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine ordered to send scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel from among the officers of the higher military educational institutions to the area of conducting military (combat) operations (carrying out events) to ensure the implementation of measures for national security and defense, repelling and deterring full-scale armed military aggression. The purpose of the work is to find out the cause of professional burnout as a problem of poor-quality provision of psychological support for participants in the educational process in the conditions of military operations.
