Abstract

Tools for diagnosing the quality of competent training of scientists have been developed in the dissertation research. It allows you to diagnose whether the goals of training graduate students have been achieved through an educational and professional program. The educational and professional program implements the requirements of the educational and qualification characteristics developed by the dissertation candidate. A fundamental result is obtained in the field of theory and methodology of Professional Education, which corrects the philosophy of Education.
