Abstract
In the scientific article maintenance of methodology of estimation is exposed science of metrical terms of admittance of graduate students to attestation in the systems of higher military education. Science metrical approach allows to count up success of studies and implementation of key current tasks the graduate students of envisaged by the program of their preparation. Realizing a graduate student yet on the stage of studies, for graduate students the cognitive constituent of methodological and professional competence will be formed. Analyzing the pedagogical literature may be noted that the topics studied by many researchers. O. Rakytyna proposed criteria for evaluating research competence postgraduate teaching university. Questions evaluate the performance of research works graduate students studied Russian scientists B. Bedny, A. Myronos, T. Serov. They proposed a model diagnostic scientific potential of graduate school. D. Novikov, notes that currently are there more than 50 methods of assessing the quality of research results. However, well-defined, standardized methods for assessing the results does not yet exist. These results are of interest to us in terms of incorporation of best practices and areas for further philosophy development postgraduate institute in Ukraine. The author offered Scientific method admission evaluation to state certification postgraduate. The method ensures the development of the motivational component of methodological competence graduate student. The method is a includes structural-logic algorithm sequence of actions with checkpoints statements. The motivation to graduate education is successful. Action sequences algorithm method developed by the author based on: existing traditional requirement; developed proposals for improving the educational process in graduate school.
