Abstract

The article considers the regulatory component of the activity as a criterion for a comprehensive assessment of the child's readiness for school life. The indicators of its manifestation as the ability of the senior preschooler to regulate his actions are determined: the ability to follow the example, verbal instruction, to show purposefulness, activity in achieving the goal, readiness to overcome difficulties. A brief description of the developed set of diagnostic tasks "Magic Transformations" is given. It aims at the current state of development of the senior preschooler's leading play activities, as well as emotional-value, cognitive, communicative-speech, creative, regulatory content component of the activity. It is pointed out that the tasks offered to the child are combined into one story line and have a playful nature. The results of approbation of the complex of diagnostic tasks are presented. The adequacy and expediency of using certain indicators are proved.
