Abstract

The educational publication contains the full text of lectures on the academic discipline "methodology of scientific research" for masters of the field of knowledge - 12 "Information Technologies", specialty 122 "Computer Science" op Computer Science. The purpose of teaching the academic discipline "methodology of scientific research" is to provide applicants for higher education with the necessary amount of knowledge in the field of scientific research, methodology and methodology of scientific research; requirements put forward to the researcher by science and the scientific community; familiarization with the forms of reports, methods of preparing reports, reports, scientific articles; development and consolidation of the necessary skills in technology and organization of scientific activities; preparation of them for independent performance of scientific work. The objectives of studying the academic discipline are to form basic theoretical knowledge among educational applicants and master them with modern methodological concepts of scientific knowledge, understanding their strengths and weaknesses for further use in their own scientific developments; the basics of scientific research methods and the ability to apply them in scientific practice; formation of a holistic vision of the research process, awareness of the main provisions of the organization of scientific research, improvement of skills in the implementation of information search, in the selection and processing of scientific information, in the selection of the object and subject of research, in the formulation of the goals and objectives of research and the development of conclusions. The educational publication is addressed to applicants for a master's degree in the field of knowledge - 12 "Information Technologies", specialty 122 "Computer Science" op Computer Science.
