Abstract

The article analyzes the peculiarities of organizing scientific and pedagogical experiments in higher military educational institutions for the training of adjuncts. The study is due to the lack of attention of scientists to the discussion of the issue of reforming and modernizing the system of training scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine through adjunct courses. The higher education institutions are analyzed and identified in which adjuncts are trained in the scientific specialty 13.00.04 – "theory and methodology of professional education". The article analyzes the higher educational institution for which scientific journals are registered in order to find out the possibility of testing scientific results in the field of Pedagogical Sciences. The recommendations suggest that it is advisable to introduce a separate category of research in the field of military education in all professional scientific journals and classify it as a professional publication for applicants for the degree of Doctor of philosophy and Doctor of Science in the field of Pedagogical Sciences. Attention is drawn to the indicator level of development of methodological culture of adjuncts as a quantitative indicator of the coefficient of readiness of adjuncts to organize professional activities.
