Abstract
The article establishes the nature of modern theoretical and methodological support for the digital transformation of education and pedagogy. It was found that digital transformation is a factor of fundamentally qualitative systemic changes in education and appears as a modern strategy for solving the contradictions of the educational process, generated, on the one hand, by the needs of development, and on the other - overcoming the negative impact of Russian aggression, introducing restrictive anti-epidemic measures through the spread of the acute respiratory disease COVID-19 and cyber threats. It was concluded that the transformation of the educational sector is a key condition for the comprehensive orientation of the educational process to the application of innovative technologies, the involvement of its subjects in the creation, experimentation and implementation of digital technologies, ensuring the effectiveness of the achievement of educational goals. The scientific output of scientists in the field of digital transformation of education and pedagogy is analyzed, which reveals the multifaceted approaches to studying the possibilities of educational technologies using digital platforms, the introduction of information technologies, the development of productive forms of organizing the educational process, interactive methods of educational activity, and informational and methodological materials. The conditions and trends of the development of the information society have been established, as well as the key problems of the introduction of information, communication and digital technologies in domestic education, which require an urgent solution, caused by them. The conducted research made it possible to define the concepts of "digitalization", "digital transformation", "digital technologies", "digital competences", "transformation in the field of education and science", as well as to establish the content of the concept "digital transformation of education and pedagogy". It is summarized that the digital transformation in the field of education and science initiates the further development of scientific and pedagogical approaches to a radical change in the education system.
