Abstract

The problem of the development of the digital competence of the individual in the modern world has been actualized by the progress of the "knowledge society", determined by the demands of scientific and technical progress and the practical needs of the socio-economic growth of modern world economies. This especially applies to participants in the educational process in Ukraine, in which digital transformation has occupied and will occupy a prominent place - from the computerization of classrooms (workplaces) to the use of digital technologies that enable the intensification of the processes of educational and scientific activity. After all, the ability to work with information-communication and digital technologies requires the constant acquisition of new knowledge of digital education and their competent application in practice. This task involves mastering a number of competencies of digital competence - the ability of participants in the educational process (specialists in the field of education and all those who are studying or improving their qualifications) to act confidently and thoroughly in the educational and professional space, using information technologies and tools, to keep up with world civilizational processes information society, to be competitive.
