Abstract

The monograph states that world globalization causes a dynamic development of information space and information technologies, and also sets certain requirements for the informatization of society. Thus, educational reform and modernization of the scientific-educational and engineering-technological base encourage innovation in the training of scientific staff for the needs of various branches of the country's economy. The author notes that in the first two decades of the 21st century, in particular during the period of force majeure (consequences of quarantine restrictions due to COVID-19, martial law, etc.), the problem of adapting system the information and analytical support for the training of scientific staff to the realities of today in higher education institutions and in scientific institutions.This should also take place taking into account the influence of the systemic activation of the processes of digital transformation of education.
