Abstract

The teacher's research culture is important for the formation of students' research competence. An indicator of a teacher's research culture is not only the presence of research knowledge, abilities, skills, professional needs and interests, but also the willingness to work on self-improvement, a constant desire for professional development. By the formation of a teacher's research culture, we mean a specially organized process within the methodological work of an educational institution.The professional formation of a teacher-researcher takes place through work on the organization of students' research work.
