Abstract

Currently, the concept of digital transformation in Ukraine can be considered as the process of state influence on society in general, its institutions, the apparatus itself state, economy and business with the aim of implementing digital information communication technologies in the relevant social relations by way of purely state-legal activity, as well as public-private partnership.
