Abstract

The collection examines the psychological and pedagogical aspects of adult education in the system of continuous education, current problems of the quality of professional education, which reflect a wide range of scientific and practical interests of pedagogical workers at the current stage of development of professional education institutions in Ukraine, the USA, Finland, Spain, Thailand, Georgia, Kazakhstan , Poland. Innovative models of vocational education teacher training are widely presented, modern approaches to the development trends of vocational education in conditions of sustainable development are considered; digital measurement of the educational space of vocational education institutions; the problems of raising requirements for the level of professional psychological and pedagogical competence and personal qualities of a modern teacher are highlighted; the methodological and methodical orientations of professional education, the implementation of the latest approaches to the problem of training, development and education of education seekers are highlighted. The materials of the collection will be useful to managers, methodologists, pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions, scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions, graduate students, students, educators and all those who are interested in the current state of development of psychological and pedagogical aspects of education and modern trends in education.
