Abstract

Based on the standard of specialized education in the field of science, developed guidelines for the creation of educational programs. The organizational features of the educational program in the conditions of integration of formal and non-formal education, requirements to the obligatory results of training of applicants for mastering research competence, tools of internal quality assurance of education in the institution of specialized education are revealed.
