Abstract

The monograph is devoted to the problem of developing the scientific and pedagogical potential of Ukrainian universities in the context of the expansion of institutional autonomy and under martial law. Based on the analysis of theoretical foundations, domestic and foreign practice, the mechanisms of development of the scientific and pedagogical potential of Ukrainian universities are revealed, and the main directions of their modernization are substantiated. The implementation of the provisions of the monograph will encourage educational policy developers, heads of higher education institutions, scientists, academic staff and higher education students to further research the problem of developing the scientific and pedagogical potential of Ukrainian universities with the aim of developing / improving strategies for the development of universities, increasing their rating and competitiveness in the European space of higher education. For developers of educational policy, scientists, heads of higher education institutions, scientific and pedagogical workers and students of higher education.
