Abstract
Analytical materials (preprint) present the results of the second stage of scientific research on the topic "Increasing the research capacity of Ukrainian universities under the conditions of war and post-war reconstruction in the context of the implementation of the concept of "Open Science"" (state registration number 0122U200775). The sections of the preprint "Analysis of the leading domestic and foreign experience in increasing the research capacity of Ukrainian universities in the conditions of war and post-war reconstruction in the context of the implementation of the concept of "Open Science" reflect the results of the analysis and generalization of foreign and Ukrainian experience regarding the implementation of trends and mechanisms for the integration of educational and research activities of universities (Chapter 1); realization of policies and procedures for the implementation of the concept of "open science" in universities (Chapter 2); increasing the responsibility of research activities of universities (Chapter 3); the concept of "open science" as a mechanism for the transformation of the research activities of universities in order to achieve the goals of sustainable development (Chapter 4); the value aspects of democratization of scientific activity (Chapter 5); regulation of research activities of universities in peacetime, under the conditions of war (martial law) and post-war reconstruction and development (Chapter 6); the development of the research infrastructure of universities (Chapter 7); modeling the e-infrastructure of universities for the development of open science in Ukraine (Chapter 8). Analytical materials are addressed to representatives of the university community, the entire cohort of scientificpedagogical and scientific staff of HEIs, academic organizations and institutions, experts of funding structures, the general public, as well as public servants of various branches and levels of government, who take care of scientific and technical activities and higher education in Ukraine.
