Abstract
In order to implement the technology, a special course "Using the services of scientific electronic libraries for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research" was developed, which contains: content modules of training, instructional and methodical materials, web resources, monographs, manuals, scientific articles, online lectures, presentations, etc. . The special course consists of 2 thematic modules belonging to the invariant component. These modules are intended for training and advanced training of specialists in the field of education and science. The topics of these modules include theoretical and practical aspects regarding the use of tools, software and statistical services of the Digital Library NAES of Ukraine to evaluate the effectiveness and increase the effectiveness of conducting scientific and pedagogical research. The special course can be used for scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers, graduate students and doctoral students. Its content is defined in the sequence of gradual, high-quality and complete exposition of the material. The special course is designed for conducting a general educational module: in the system of improving the qualifications of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers, in teaching disciplines in the field of ICT application in education for master's students of pedagogical specialties. List of recommended sources.
