Abstract
Issue 5(6)'2022 of the electronic continuing edition "Innovative Professional Education" published the materials of the 5th All-Ukrainian scientific and practical seminar "Modernization of educational programs for the preparation of higher education seekers in the context of global and national challenges", held on October 31, 2022 at the Institute of Professional of Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The scientific works of scientists, researchers, practicing teachers on the problems of the development of academic freedom and academic responsibility in the conditions of the internationalization of domestic education and its integration into the European educational space were made public; compliance of educational programs with trends in the development of the specialty, domestic and global labor markets; taking into account branch and regional aspects in determining the goals and program results of training; standardization of training of higher education applicants; student-centered approach and formation of individual educational trajectory of future specialists; digitization of society, economy and education in the program results of higher education applicants; improvement of the internal system of quality assurance of higher education; development of personnel potential for the implementation of domestic educational-professional and educational-scientific programs; modern scientific achievements and industry practices in the content of educational components and aspects of combining education and scientific research based on domestic and foreign experience are highlighted. The collection is addressed to scientists, doctoral students, post-graduate students, teaching staff of vocational (vocational-technical), vocational pre-university and higher education institutions, methodologists of educational and methodological centers (offices) of vocational-technical education, mentors of structural training units of enterprises, representatives of state authorities and local self-government , whose activities are related to the problems of education, science and innovation.
