Abstract

The book includes 18 instruments for assessing staff's mental health and well-being. All instruments are presented according to a single plan (general characteristics, instructions, instrument statements/questions, and results processing and interpretation). A list of references is provided. The book is intended for organizational psychologists, managers and staff, university students and instructors, postgraduate education students and teachers, as well as everyone who is interested in diagnosing and promoting mental health and well-being of the staff of organizations.
