Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of using the services of a scientific electronic library as a tool for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research. The work describes the technology of using the services of scientific electronic libraries for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research, which includes the purpose, content, forms, methods, means, and results of training. To implement the technology, a special course "Using the services of scientific electronic libraries to evaluate the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research" was developed, which includes two content modules of training. The main indicators of the electronic library services are highlighted and described, with the help of which it is possible to evaluate the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research of a scientific and pedagogical worker, unit, scientific research on a separate topic, scientific institution/institution of higher education. In the process of research, it was proved that the services of scientific electronic libraries, which are created on open software, act as an auxiliary tool for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research. The developed technology has a practical orientation and allows for the evaluation of the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research according to the indicators of publication (number of scientific materials in the electronic library) and downloading of publications (distribution). The IRStat2 statistical module allows you to obtain quantitative data on resources in the library; type of resource (articles, theses, manual, textbook, monograph, methodological recommendations, etc.), UDC classifier, the topic of scientific research, individual author, team, as well as compare by years, monitoring, find out the rating of popular and in-demand resources, authors, rating of the author by unit/institution/department, etc. Prospects for further research are the creation of a model for the use of information and digital technologies for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research.
