Abstract

Methodical principles of Nila Voloshyna regarding the aesthetic education of students in the process of studying Ukrainian literature have been updated. The features of the formation of cultural competence of 5th grade students in the realities of the New Ukrainian School are revealed using the example of a model curriculum and a textbook on Ukrainian literature.
