Abstract
Taking into account the personal interests, requests and capabilities of students, adapting the educational environment to them are among the factors that help higher education institutions to adhere to quality standards in a war situation. The article singles out some of the tasks facing higher education institutions in modern conditions (ensuring access to the educational process, ensuring its proper quality, determining the ways of post-war recovery and development of the educational sector), it is shown that for their solution it is expedient to build a process of professional training of future specialists on the basis of adaptive and personalized approaches. Scientists are actively researching this problem, which is confi by numerous publications in periodicals. In particular, the search results in Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science, Research4Life for the key phrases “adaptive learning” (“adaptive learning”) and “personalized learning” (“personalized learning”) show a gradual increase in the number of relevant publications. In order to spread the experience of implementing adaptive and personalized training, it was decided to introduce new topics to the content of educational components in bachelor’s and master’s programs in the specialty 015.39 Vocational education (Digital technologies), which are implemented at Bogdan Khmelnitsky Melitopol state pedagogical university. Based on the analysis of the structure of these programs, the following educational components were selected: Didactic foundations of professional education; Methodology of professional training; Basics of computer evaluation of educational achievements; Pedagogy; Workshop “Modern lesson of professional training”; Scientific research in the field; Theory and methodology of professional training; Tutoring in the field of education. The article provides a list of questions that should be considered within each of these educational components.
