Abstract
The article presents a description of the content and technologies of the training of candidates for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty «Psychology» for the psychological assistance of the individual in the conditions of remote interaction using the Google Classroom platform. Outlined the structure of the course, the key tasks of the academic discipline. Determined the key competences of scientific research activity of PhD candidates, which are aimed at improving the course «Psychological assistance of the individual in conditions of social tension»: mastery and development of the ability to provide psychological support to the individual in today's difficult conditions, identify, systematize, solve and predict current psychological problems, factors and trends of personality functioning and development, as well as the use of acquired competences in the implementation of own scientific research. The importance of creating a developing social environment in the conditions of remote interaction is emphasized, the key features of which are: 1) organization of virtual joint activities of PhD candidates; 2) joint formation of group norms and principles of interaction; 3) social and spiritual enrichment in remote joint activities, joint experience of a sense of involvement in the peculiarities of professional culture, discussion of issues of professional self-determination; 4) intensification of mental, emotional and behavioral components of joint activity through collective interaction in a digital learning environment; 5) establishment of feedback between its participants in the process of joint activity; 6) performance of the system of development tasks, etc. Practical techniques and examples of individual research tasks are presented, which contribute not only to the improvement of the competencies necessary for the implementation of original scientific research, but also to the self-development and self-improvement of the personality of graduate students.
