Abstract

The guide for educators and teachers was prepared by the scientists of the H.S. Kostyuk Institute of Psychology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. It based on the practical experience of employees of preschool educational institutions, teachers and psychologists in Kyiv, Sloviansk and other cities, and is also based on the generalization of scientific works devoted to various aspects of work with children who have received mental trauma as a result of military actions in Ukraine. The guide examines both theoretical and purely practical problems of helping injured children, analyzes difficult situations, and gives specific recommendations to educators, teachers, and parents. The guide is addressed to educators of preschool educational institutions, teachers of general educational institutions. It will also be useful to practical psychologists, social workers, parents and the wider pedagogical community.
