Abstract
The content of the concept of "educational portfolio" is substantiated. The marketing strategy of the educational portfolio in the Telegram environment is displayed. The use of the educational portfolio for the didactic purpose - prospects for the training of future qualified specialists: as a form of metacognitive self-assessment of students; as reflective learning; as competence-oriented training; as practice-oriented training; as a process-oriented management of the quality of education. The processes of creating a Telegram account and installing a virtual environment for using the localized Python programming language for coding the Telegram bot messenger are covered. The concepts of group, channel and chatbot as mandatory components of a student's educational portfolio have been clarified.
