Abstract

The meaning of pedagogical coaching as a resource has been updated aspect of pedagogical activity, which promotes effective partnership interaction of the subjects of the educational process. Emphasis is placed on the application of pedagogical coaching at the level of the Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education, which contributes to the improvement of the education quality management system based on streamlining and expanding the possibilities of using pedagogical coaching technology. It is concluded that the use of pedagogical coaching is one of the possible directions for the development of the professional competence of teachers, which enables them not only to improve their own professional activity, but also to form the need for professional self-improvement throughout their lives.
