Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of the practice of using the exercise method in Ukrainian language lessons in institutions of general secondary education in the conditions of distance learning. The author justified the relevance of the chosen topic, outlined the essence of the method; the peculiarities of using the exercise method online are defined; examples of exercises are proposed, the implementation of which will contribute to the effectiveness of learning the Ukrainian language, bring the educational process closer to the needs of life, students will gain the necessary experience and develop skills that they can use in life situations.
