Abstract

In the modern conditions of social transformations, a systemic crisis, namely: epidemiological, economic, political, managerial, cultural, ethical, does not break trends, but on the contrary - greatly accelerates them. To increase the level of employment in wartime and the period of economic recovery of the country, it is very important to ensure mobility workforce: this will contribute to strengthening its adaptability, increasing competitiveness, as well as efficiency of use.
