Abstract

In the article presents the results of the surveys functioning network virtual electronic libraries, educational and research resources based on general education, higher education and research institutions of NAPS of Ukraine. The problem of classification and types of networks, the use of computer networks in education, highlighted the need to train users of digital libraries to work with information and Internet - technologies for professional work with the resources of digital libraries, professional approach to safety and long-term preservation of digital resources in electronic storage libraries.
