Abstract
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of educational technologies and cloud services in institutions of professional higher education, higher education and continuing professional education. Among the directions of ICT development, cloud services are one of the most attractive for educators, because there is an urgent general need for fundamental changes in education caused by modern digital learning tools, services and information communications. The article considers the features of cloud services that are used to make available to the user electronic educational resources that make up the content of the cloud-oriented environment, as well as to ensure the processes of creating and delivering educational services. The sphere of educational cloud services is constantly expanding, providing scientists, teachers and students with powerful tools, combining which, each of the participants in the educational process can create a virtual personal learning environment. It is determined that scientists have analyzed the problems of using information and communication technologies, the use of cloud services as a means of organizing and implementing the educational process in the conditions of blended and distance learning, but not focused on the use of adaptive learning technologies, individualized teaching. As a result of a study conducted in 2022 among 65 teachers of the Kyiv Professional College of Communications, Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko and Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education of the State Institution of Higher Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine on the tools they use in educational institutions, it was found that the vast majority of teachers use videoconferencing systems, personalized learning Classroom, Moodle platform and e-learning courses. The use of interactive and virtualization programs is quite high, especially among teachers of vocational higher education institutions, and Microsoft teams are used mainly by teachers of the Institute of Continuing Professional Education.
