Abstract

Dear teachers of the deaf, to help you prepare for remote classes on the development of auditory perception and speech of children with hearing impairments, we have prepared educational materials that will help children correctly perceive and learn the structure of words. The presentation can be useful, in particular, in working with children, hearing prosthetic systems of cochlear implantation. The slides of the proposed presentation contain didactic materials for: perceiving and reproducing rhythms (for propaedeutic work on perceiving and mastering the structure of words); distinguishing individual characteristics of the sound of syllables (for example, deafness - sonority, softness - hardness of consonants included in their composition); comparing and distinguishing words that differ significantly in the number of syllables: one - three, one - four, two - four syllables (such words are easier to distinguish by ear, work on their comparison and distinction is carried out mainly at the initial stages), with significantly different and similar frequency characteristics; determination of the constituent structure of words and their assimilation; detection of the presence of given sounds and syllables in words.
