Abstract

The article presents the results of the author's empirical study of the main findings and resources of the mental health of the personnel of organizations in the conditions of war. The content of the mental health of the personnel of organizations in the conditions of war and its main components are disclosed. An insufficient level of general indicators of the state of physical and mental health of the personnel of organizations in war conditions was revealed, in particular, lower indicators of mental health compared to physical health were found, as well as negative and positive trends in the level of development of the main components of mental health. The author classified the main manifestations of stress in the personnel of organizations in the conditions of war, problems in communication with people, in the organization and implementation of professional activities. It is shown that the most pronounced mental health problems of the personnel of organizations in war conditions are problems related to the ability to counteract stress, followed by problems related to the ability to carry out professional activities (ensure its effective organization and productivity) and lastly there are problems related to the ability to establish relationships with people. At the same time, it was established that for the vast majority of the surveyed personnel, despite all the complexity of the war period, a positive orientation of life is inherent (a vision of future prospects, faith in life, a positive attitude towards one's professional activities, etc.). The classification of resources (organizational-psychological and personal) used by the personnel of organizations to maintain and preserve mental health during the war period was carried out. A gap between resources has been established (the resources of the organization significantly lag behind the resources of the social environment and personal resources).
