Abstract
In the conditions of the modernization of vocational education in Ukraine, the professional development of a teacher of a vocational (vocational-technical) education institution is a complex multi-level process, which includes the formation of a qualified specialist, which goes through certain periods, in particular, professional adaptation, gaining empirical experience, the formation and improvement of pedagogical professionalism, creative self-expression and self-realization, pedagogical skill. Innovative technology for continuous professional development of all participants in the educational process in modern institutions of professional education is scientific and methodical support. The works of scientists V. Sydorenko, O. Savchenko, I. Nikolaescu, O. Chasnikova, etc., who interpret the pedagogical technology of scientific and methodological support as a pedagogical system that guarantees achieving a certain goal through a clearly defined sequence of actions, content, methods designed to solve intermediate goals and a predetermined final result ensures maximum activity of students in the educational process, meets interests and requests for knowledge.
