Abstract
The manual is devoted to the analysis of modern training technologies in the field of education. The historical context and theoretical-methodological foundations of psychological training in education are highlighted, scientific studies of training technologies are analyzed, and the relevance of administrative coaching in education is emphasized. The history of the development of the educational psychological movement is analyzed: T-groups, sensitivity trainings, therapeutic groups, differences in the structure of training and therapeutic groups, psychocorrective groups, meeting groups, Balint groups, etc. Particular attention is paid to the communicative component of trainings in education: socio-communicative styles of the trainer, models of interaction of training participants and evaluation of their effectiveness. In the methodical aspects of the organization of training work in the educational field, the stages of development of training programs, the goals and objectives of trainings, their scenarios, the responsibility and personality of the trainer, the stages of development of training groups and the motivation for participating in educational trainings are highlighted. Actual psychological trainings in the field of education are covered, in particular, training technologies in education during the active phase of the war, psychological trainings for heads of educational institutions, trainings on the communicative competence of teachers and prevention of their professional burnout are analyzed. The manual is addressed to a wide range of both practical psychologists and teachers, social workers and all those interested in the psychology of training work.
