Abstract
The active introduction of electronic educational resources in the higher education system is now relevant in the context of global social and educational transformations. The force majeure caused in recent years by the quarantine measures of the COVID-19 pandemic and the current imposition of martial law in Ukraine complicate the eff ective implementation of the educational process in almost the entire country in real time. After all, the desire of educators and scientists, as well as students, to preserve an educated and strong country, the formation and development of intellectual human potential, gives impetus to the creation of an adaptive environment for distance education in Ukrainian universities. The aim of the study is to present a vision of the introduction of pedagogical technology of open educational E-portfolio of future history teachers in the system of their training in Ukrainian universities on the basis of systematic, competency and diagnostic approaches. Based on the methods of content analysis of scientifi c achievements of domestic and foreign scientists, a brief description of the stages of the system algorithm by the method of developing their own e-portfolio by future history teachers based on the methodology of personal development and subject-activity approaches: personal motivation; team structuring; joint planning, presentation and demonstration, expertise, proofreading and editing, competent consulting; professional use; monitoring and evaluating the eff ectiveness of the application. The author presents the developed criteria for indicators of control and evaluation of the results of higher pedagogical education in the historical specialty in the universities of Ukraine, the emphasis is on the peculiarities of reflection.
